High-quality injection molded plastic parts: precision for industry and technology

Kirch offers customized injection-moulded parts made of high-tech plastics that are used in a wide range of industries such as mechanical engineering, the lighting industry, medical technology and the sanitary sector. We use a wide range of material classes, including engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers, to meet even the most specific requirements. Thanks to our flexible production capacities, we are also able to efficiently implement projects at short notice. In addition, we offer decorative metallization by vacuum coating, with a variety of metals and effects to ensure the highest quality and functionality of plastic parts at all times.

PLASTIC PARTS

Our flexible production capacities enable us to use a wide range of high-tech plastics and technical thermoplastics, ideal for mechanical engineering, the lighting industry, medical technology and the sanitary sector. We also offer specialised finishes such as decorative metallisation using vacuum coating. This technique allows the application of metal layers such as copper, aluminium, tin, gold or silver, which not only protect but also enhance the aesthetic appeal – including various metallic effects and optional coloured top coats.

The following raw materials can be processed into plastic parts:

Processing of all commercially available thermoplastics: ABS, ASA, CA, PA, PAA, PBT, PE, PC, PMMA, PPO, POM, PPE, PP, PS, PUR, SAN, including glass fiber/glass bead/carbon fiber-filled materials; elastomers: TPE, TPU; silicones
Part weights: 2 g – 800 g (depending on material)

Processing of high-temperature materials: PEEK, PPSU, PEI, LCP, PPS and many more.
Machine list: Clamping forces from 50 T to 530 T, 2K machines: 160 T to 320 T
